Stomach Gas Has 2 Primary Causes.

Stomach gas can be uncomfortable, embarrassing and even painful.

The Good news is that it is fairly easy to deal with and the solutions are relatively simple.

The Two MAIN causes of Stomach (or Intestinal) Gas are:

1. Fermentation of undigested food, starting in the stomach.

This is most often due to eating food combinations that are difficult to digest.

Th principle behind this suggests that some people have difficulty digesting certain combinations of foods.

This leads to various digestive discomforts, including bloating, gas, acid reflux, pain, etc.
